Although the jacket seems to run slightly small, it still fit. It is soft and feels thin at first touch, but is quite warm. I would recommend this, as it is reliable Columbia quality. If you want a more roomy jacket, I would suggest ordering one size up.

I had read reviews saying that the jacket runs large. I typically like jackets in XL to allow room for thicker clothing. So I thought that an XL would be perfect if the size ran large. I ordered an XL and could barely get it zipped it was so tight. Order one or two sizes up if you order this jacket.
