The "bright rose" color is DEFINITELY bright, but it's a great color, if you like wearing color. For the price, I really expected it to be lightly water resistant, but I wore this in an absolute downpour when I was too lazy to get my umbrella, and stayed completely dry.

Regarding fit, i have a lopsided hourglass figure: bottom half larger than the top! I got the large since I didn't want it to bunch above my hips. (If I were buying something with a bit of stretch I'd normally get a medium). The sleeves were a bit long as expected, but the velcro tabs make that a non-issue.
